"I found your house keeping team paid great attention to detail. The toilet had an issue which I did not report but by the time I returned to the room at end of day, the toilet was fixed and new parts installed. This was very impressive. I am a Resort Manager in St.Lucia at Anse Chastanet /Jade Mountain Resorts and eye for detail is very important. Your staff Kayma (Security) was indeed amazing. He was very helpful no matter most of the request was not his job. He is a very assertive and was very attentive to our needs. Please recognize him. Your property was very cleaned which I admired and your meals were very delicious. I like the package of having the breakfast included. There was also a tall receptionist whome I found very helpful, polite and attentive. She was the one who checked us in."

"The environment is as it's portrayed. The front desk individuals were very nice. The room was clean and provided the basic necessities. The location wasn't too far from the beach if you enjoyed being able to walk to it. And getting a taxi into town wasn't bad either. If you're really not the exploring too far out type, I took a short walk, and there are a few restaurants within walking distance along with watersport activities nearby."

"I will say the pool chairs could use a bit of upkeep they don't look particularly pleasant to lounge on. There were very minor things i noticed, like the cable didn't always work well. There was usually no audio. I would say personal preference was to eat out as opposed to the on-site restaurant, not much variety, mostly burgers and fries. However, that is a personal preference of mine it might work well for others. Aside from that, it's okay, it's as advertised."

"The staff were really nice and the hotel was kept really clean, our room was cleaned a few times the week we were there with clean towels and toilet rolls. We only went for breakfast once and wasn’t that bothered for it but plenty of others were, just not my taste, toast, corned beef hash, scrambled eggs, hash browns(but not crispy!) plus tinned fruit and muffins. There was a lovely beach just over the road and you can walk to the top of the street to get on a bus, there was also a lovely little cafe that did coffee, açai bowls 2 mins away. Would have been nice to have a supermarket closer. We went to Deia beach just up the road where you could hire a sun bed for the day for 25$ and use there pool and beach plus they did some lovely food and happy hour on cocktails 2 for 1 between 4-6pm. The hotel is quite basic but very clean and really nice staff"

"The property was very spacious with good outdoor pool area. We didn’t use the pool area but guests would be there bathing. The rooms were also very large with good washroom facilities. For the money it was okay"

"I was not completely satisfied with the food serving area as there would always be something missing. It also requires a major upgrade considering the huge kitchen and preparing area. The staff could do with being more energetic and as the customer service levels needed some improvement."

"The tv had no watchable channels it was preset to netflix and amazon prime and a few other platforms which I haven't got personal subscriptions with but it wasn't a problem as the Americans arguing in a few rooms down from my room was more entertaining from the balcony swinging anyway"

"Lovely location. Across the road from the beach. Bar staff and reception staff were wonderful. Our room was so pretty and large. We were very surprised. The pool area was nice and clean."
