"I loved the resort, everyone is nice, food was good and good service, room was cleaned daily, had a one bedroom and it was spacious and comfortable. Pool were beautiful. Location was ok, shuttle to beaches which is a great touch, 25 min to palm downtown or 13$ cab. Safe! Would return"

I would have liked if they separate the kids from the pool bar area to the other pool .

"Great personal they were very helpful kind and welcoming they were making you feel like its your home. Owner was also very helpful whenever we needed help with something he was ready to help us via whatsapp. Over all a great experience."

Every thing was good for the price there was nothing that was realy missing maby a bit more kitchen were if people would want to cook there something but not realy anything else.

"Nice lively neighborghood, plenty of bars and food option nearby. The main sights are in a walking distance or a short drive by a taxi or bike. Nice staff. You can exchange euros at a good rate. View from the window"

We were able to extend our stay by an extra night to take advantage of great skiing conditions rather than leaving the room and packing up our stuff. Dominic was super helpful and efficient in organising this for us. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. Televisions in both lounge and bedroom and large ones too. Parking though it costs each day is a bonus - parking underground when cars were getting buried in the snow outside was fab! Looking at the prices of other places whilst Encamp is not the most buzzing place this aparthotel is definitely value for money."

Our room had a very small kitchenette as the stairs took away part of the apartment so would choose a different apartment next time. Not a criticism but an addition to what would be helpful to guests include: hooks on doors as the only hooks were in the bathroom and we really needed to hang up our wet ski gear! Also some notes advising guests of facilities eg how the rubbish system works with the different coloured bags and bins and if staying for a few days the rubbish containers in the apartment are too small, maybe a little more cutlery would be nice. Aparthotel can't do anything about it but please manager be aware that the police are starting to man the traffic very early and like blowing their whistles all the time from about 7.30!

Dnevna soba u apartmanu je mogla da bude malo veca. Za 2-3 osobe je dovoljno veliko, ali za 4 clanu porodicu je tesno.

"We were meet by the owner Michel and his staff. All the staff were very accommodating and pleasant they made us all feel at home. The staff did their very best to ensure we enjoyed our stay, they were very attentive. The property was perfect for me and my whanau (family) we live near the ocean in NZ. We enjoy being near the ocean and forest. A great opportunity for all to rejuvenate mind and body. We were all able to relax and enjoy the private beach. We were very grateful and blessed for their assistance with the option of a late check-out and help with transport to Uturoa Airport. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The Kitchen/pantry storage and dining area's were clean perfect for our needs. We will be back. Tau Ke!!"

"Perfectly located on Glasgow's West End in walking distance to the city centre, the University of Glasgow and Kelvingrove Park just around the corner. Argyle Street and Sauchiehall Street, both just minutes away, with their many choices for food and drinks, are great for both lunch and dinner. The flat was in a quiet neighbourhood, and we enjoyed our stay so much."

"The appartement was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and what can I say about the view!!! Exceptional, extraordinary, incredible!!! The bed was soooo comfortable it was a joy to snuggle it at night. Yolanda was our contact and she was very helpful, always available to answer our questions, to give explication and help us in our fabulous trip in Cusco!😍 Thanks so much Yolanda! On top of it all, we had Michi the cat, strolling around the lush yard that we could pet!!😻 I would definitely return to Quinua Boutique! I strrrrrongly recommend!"

He came to pick me up to the airport, showed around Lalibela, even took me as a guide to few rock-hewn churches, for free, provided breakfast every morning, all for free, even though it wasn’t included in my booking. His place is clean, yet within local community, which I really liked. You see how locals live. It is onsuite room with large bed, separate entrance, free wifi, towels changed every day, bed made every day. I don’t have enough words to describe his hospitality. You simply become friend with Seyfu straight away. Thank you brother for everything!"

Lack of keys 🔑

"A very nice and well equipped apartment on the 8th floor. The young lady who represented the owners was very helpful and nice about everything. The lady who was responsible for cleaning did a superb job."

As I have a problem with a leg I wrote the owners beforehand to be assured that access to the apartment was easy and was informed that it was, however, when we arrived it turned out that we first had to access one building and take a lift four floors and then walk a bit to access the building with the apartment. It should also be mentioned that there was a problem with the lock on the door leading out to the street, and it was often difficult to open from the outside. For the first three nights we were assigned an other apartment one floor below that was not up to standard at all. We were, however granted a discount for the inconvenience. We had not been informed about this beforehand. The television in the apartment did not work, and was not fixed during our stay. The apartment was on the eight floor and there was no sign for emergency exit on the floor. The owners lived in Italy and all contact with them was through the young lady representing them in Mindelo.

Lokacija je odlična u samom ste centru grada sve znamenitosti su na par minuta do vas osoblje ljubazno parking je u sklopu objekta sam apartman prostran i bukvalno ima sve od posudja aparata za kafu daske za peglanje itd. Na sve su mislili da vam boravak bude ugodan čak i kapsule za veš mašinu . Sve je bilo izuzetno čisto i kreveti su bili izuzetno udobniZaista sve preporuke ."

Ja lično nemam zamerke ali ako ste u godinama birajte apartmane na nižim spratovima jer nema lift ali ovako lepoj i staroj zgradi lift ne bi ni priličio narušio bi sklad zgrade koja je sama po sebi deo istorije grada
