"It’s clean and location is good. It’s in the fifth floor, for backpacker is not a problem. And the bunk bed is a bit low, you cant sit on the bed if you are in lower level."

"Arm Hostel is located in the centre of town, conveniently located for travellers who do organised tours, highly recommended as many sites are in isolated locations. The ladies 4-bed dorm is small but on the quiet side facing the back, unlike the larger dorms with balconies. I liked the sociable atmosphere, especially in the common kitchen/dining room area. There's a shower/bathroom area also for women, highly appreciated, and bottom bunkbeds are curtained and comfortable. Reception is managed by changing staff, but I always felt attended to respectfully and graciously."
"It would be good to have more clothing hooks and hangers in the room and bathroom, which is rather awkward as there's no place to hang clothes. A mop would help maintain the bathroom floor, as it is usually wet and slippery. There was a problem of petty theft i.e. food being taken from the fridge. Hopefully a labelling system will reduce this annoying situation."

"The hostel has a great location, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and even helped me carry my luggage down five flights of stairs, which I really appreciated."
"The TV in my room didn’t work, the water temperature in the shower was inconsistent (either too hot or not hot at all), and the Wi‑Fi connection was patchy."

"The hostel is located in the city centre of Yerevan and I felt from the instance very well. You can reach all main attractions by foot. Near by you have a bus stop from where you can get to the airport easily. The stuff was very friendly and was a great help to me. I wish them all the best!"
