Recenzije gostiju
"French tourist, I stayed in the apartment, located in the city center, close to all amenities and small streets full of charm as well as parks, restaurants, bars, billiards, cultural monuments. The apartment is perfect, very quiet, it has everything you need, modern and new, washing machine, kitchen, bathroom, with a large hot and pleasant shower. The room is very quiet and comfortable, and has a blanket in case of temperature, towel, iron, nothing will be missing. In addition, the owner is very welcoming, generous, attentive to give advice and answer questions. Discovering Yerevan, in such a perfect apartment, was very pleasant."
"Located within walking distance of all attractions, quiet and clean bedding, various cooking utensils and dishes.... If I come back to Yerevan, this is a place I would like to stay again."

"Небольшие, но вполне комфортные апарты Было очень чисто, все базовое для жизни было предусмотрено. Самое главное для нас - нас приняли с двумя кошками, за что отдельное спасибо собственнику 🙏🏻 снаружи апартаментов был уютный аккуратный закрытый дворик, и мы даже пару раз вывели кошку на шлейке понюхать траву)"

"Friendly and precise hosts. Excellent location, allowing you to be within walking distance to the lake and staying close to the center of Sevan. A quiet place for a comfortable rest in one large room divided by a curtain into two zones. Plus an additional sleeping area on the balcony. The property photos are completely accurate."
