"Дружелюбный и отзывчивый владелец, готовая помочь с разными вопросами. Остались безумно довольны как самими апартаментами, расположеными довольно близко к транспортному узлу и в целом можно вполне пешком добраться до всех важных достопримечательностей! Ещё раз спасибо за ваше гостеприимство!"

"До центра 10-15 минут пешком. Рядом рынок , банк для размена денег, супермаркет , ТЦ. Очень адекватная девушка, заселила нас рано утром(раньше указанного времени)."

"Цена..чуть чуть звышена(может быть из-за курса на тот момент). Не хватило плиты. В остальном все ок."

"Hotel is located 15 mins from city center if you use taxi. There is a good supermarket (open nonstop) located 5 mins from hotel and a few pharmacies. So you can buy everything there. Very nice and helpfull owner. Small, clean room. Shared bathroom. We could use fridge. For the money, very good value."

"Spacious, very well renovated and stylishly decorated flat. In the kitchen there is everything you need basically and all of good quality. Big bathroom with separated shower. "This apartment was far better than its pictures. The kitchen was excellent, the bathroom with instant hot water was out of my imagination. The tap water was drinkable and excellent. The other facilities including the air conditioner, tv and Internet all were perfect. The host Mr. Tigran was one of the kindest person I have ever met. I want to say thank dear Tigran, I whish all the best for your career. Finally I should mention the location where could not be better. In front of a beautiful green area and your windows both open toward the park and it's beauties. I can't wait to visit Yerevan and stay at this apartment again soon."

"Very well appointed apartment, within walking distance to Gyumri centre and tourust attractions.. Lots of space overall, big bedroom. Well equipped kitchen, so I was able to prepare meals and had convenience of kettle to make hot drinks. Lovely, friendly, kind hostess with great communication, so made finding the apartment a relatively easy process. Recommended."
