"Beautiful villa, with a lovely terrace and garden. Set in a lovely peaceful and quiet area, yet still close to the main amenities, bus stop and supermarket. The hosts Dhimiter and Fatma, were very kind and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there very much and Gjirokaster is such a beautiful amazing place."

"The family were lovely. The house and our apartment were lovely. We had a bedroom with bathroom and there was a large sitting area, all tastefully decorated. It is situated just off the main road, lower edge of town, near a supermarket. It's a 25 minute walk from the bus station, or a taxi ride €5. If you don't want to walk uphill to the town centre/bazaar and castle there is a bus stop nearby. Highly recommended."

"The road is a little bit scary, very narrow. The owner send us a video where he explained us how to reach the property."

"The rooms are modern and clean. Everything you need. Nice garden with a lovely view over the mountains. The owners are friendly. She brought us water, fresh juice, fruit and some other delicious food. Google Maps doesn't know it's way around here, they whatsapped us a video so we could find the villa very easy. The villa is closely located to Gjirokastër's famous Bazaar (old town). We had a wonderful time here! ❤️"

"Situated near the old town but not very far from the newer town either. It's less than 2 kilometer to Bulevardi 18 Shtatori, where most beauty salons, fashion shops and restaurants are situated. The host speaks good English and he brings breakfast with clockwork precision. He co-works with his granny who does the cleaning and breakfast."

"We knew this b&b would be hard to find by car, but we still chose it, because we thought deeper in old town it would be even more difficult. We read the review by Michael from USA and copied his map telling what to do and what not, but his last advise is to meet a host to guide you the rest of the way. Well, we didn't. We got a video instead. It was difficult to match the video and the terrain. We didn't notice the right street corner and ended up in quite a maze. Eventually we found our way out of the labyrinth and on our second attempt we managed to find the route shown in the video. Maybe it would be a good idea to shoot the video more from the side so that the surroundings are better visible. At a quick glance, the right street looks like the courtyard of an apartment building. There is no problem finding the place on foot. You can easily use the stairs that Google Maps guides you to."
