"The house is about 7km away from the center, but it takes only 10min by car, so that wasn't a problem to us. The apartment is just below the owners house, it was very clean and ready to use. The area was remote and silent. The check in was very easy and the host is extremely nice!! Totally recomend it!"

"Shpati’s beautiful home will have you not wanting to leave!! A beautifully furnished apartment, with an incredibly comfortable bed and large living space. It’s very spacious and you will feel at home. Shpati is so friendly, he will make sure you have the perfect stay. And the view! Is amazing everywhere you look. Such an experience like this is not one to forget. Definitely book here for your stay in Albania 😊"

"Everything was amazing! The place is huge and well renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped with Everything you may need to cook. The owner also left some fruit coming from his own yard which was very tasty. He also gave us some fried pancake which were super good. He was an incredibly nice and friendly host. The place is super clean and there is plenty of space for 2 people. The villa is located 10 minutes by car from Girokaster with free parking just outside the building. If you have the car I totally recommend staying here instead of Girokaster that is not very accessible by car. This is the best place I've stayed in Albania for sure. Totally recommend! Thanks again to Shpati , the owner, for his kindness!"

"A very quiet, spacious, clean apartment with good facilities in a fantastic location with an amazing host who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and at home. Very close to Gjirokastër and a short drive to the supermarket, lots of hiking and sights in the local area. Not forgetting the friendly cat of course. "The host was very kind, every day we got something from him ( breakfast, nuts, fruits ). The whole place was amazing and clean and equiped. The view was amazing. Also there are cute cats :D The little village is very beautiful with a lot of hiking opportunities nearby."

"Vila Antigonea is situated in a mountain village outside of the city center of Gjirokaster, which provides the perfect balance between exploring the city and enjoying rest/nature. The host made us feel very welcome, giving us plenty of delicious food and lots of advice for day trips in the neighbourhood! We would recommend this place to anyone who’s planning on staying in/around Gjirokaster!!"

"Very clean and well-located accommodation, with the highlight being the beautiful sea view. The beach was also very close, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We actually struggled to get our car up the steep road leading to the property, but by coincidence one of the hosts was driving up at the same time and kindly helped us get the car up. Thanks again for that :) I would definitely recommend this accommodation without hesitation."

"Location super handy to the beach & promenade where all the action, restaurants, bars and entertainment happens. Clean modern & nicely presented with lift access to 3rd floor. Easy keypad entry & the washing machine was a bonus. Kitchenette is small & basic. No kettle or toaster; boiled water in a pot for coffee & teabags & oven grilled our toast. Not a cup/mug in sight but after searching we found one on a high shelf in a cupboard, obviously bought by a previous guest with the same frustration."
