"Very nice and cosy villa in a central location in Ksamil. Most of the beaches are only a 5 minute walk. Room was very clean and the owner was extremely helpful about any requests we had. It's got private parking which is a big plus as it can be quite difficult to find parking in Ksamil."

"The Appartment and the host is absolutely awesome. The place is literaly 100m from the sea and has private parking. In the nearby building a very good restaurant located. On top of that the host Emi is one of the best host I ever met. He is so open and friendly I totally recommend this villa at Ksamil."

He is one of the kindest, most generous, and caring hosts we have ever met. The house was perfectly clean, cozy, and well-equipped - everything we needed was there. There's also convenient private parking, which made our stay even more comfortable. Emi was incredibly attentive not only to us but especially to our children - always kind, thoughtful, and making sure they felt happy and safe. The room was new, very clean, and everything was very functional. It is also in a strategic location just steps away from everything There's also private parking on the property, which is essential in Ksamil. I highly recommend Emi’s Villa and hope to return. He was there to say good morning and check how our day was. The room is perfectly located, really clean and had everything we needed for a stay. Highly highly recommend."
