The Greens guest house is located on Tygerberg Hills, in Cape Town. Guests can enjoy views of the Bellville Golf Course, and the Hottentots Holland Mountain Range from the wooden sun deck. Elegantly furnished, each room comes equipped with a satellite TV, seating area and a separate dressing room. The private bathroom includes a shower and free toiletries. Slippers are provided. Breakfast is served on the sun deck and a fully equipped communal kitchenette includes a microwave, fridge and kettle. Refreshments can be enjoyed from the bar and barbecue facilities are available. "Kaijaiki is a true gem! I have stood in unit 4 which was super spaciouse, had a lovely well equipped kitchenett and a beautiful, tranquil view onto the courtyard. The next door coffee-store where breakfast is served is so cozy and food is deliciouse. Manager and staff go over and above to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend it."

The room is beautiful, spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, (the bathroom is amazing!) The property is located on a farm, with lovely orchards and a beautiful garden, which we really enjoyed. It’s about 15 minutes from MQP airport; since we planned to leave very early, the host kindly packed our breakfast so we could enjoy it in our room before departing."
