"I arrived from Da Nang feeling rather sick. Thankfully the people at the reception of Europa Hotel let me check in earlier and I could go to my room to sleep and rest. I booked a tour for the next day. However I was still feeling sick the next day and the guy at the reception communicated with the tour operator to postpone my booking for another day. The lady at the reception was also helpful; one time she even went with her motorbike to get me an adaptor to charge my phone. The room I was in was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel is in a quieter area of the centre, but still close to everything in this beautiful city of Da Lat. If I have the opportunity to visit Da Lat again, Europa Hotel is the place I would want to stay."

For the price, I don’t see how anyone could complain about this hotel. Some parts of the home are slightly aged, however as I have already said, for the price, you are getting amazing value and there are absolutely no issues with the hotel at all"
