"The staff here Mohammed and Valentine made it like a 5 star hotel experience for me and my family. Mohammed especially was extremely helpful in guiding me on how to navigate the city and on where I can convert the currency in Uzbeki SOM. They were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel also is very clean and a beautiful building with a small Garden having two persimmon trees. The breakfast served was also good. It is walkable to the subway and a supermarket (Korzinka). Overall a family friendly restaurant."

"We loved absolutely everything about this hotel! The convenient location with shops and restaurants nearby, the room size, comfort, coziness, cleanliness, and especially the staff who treated us like family! This is the best service we have ever experienced anywhere! They always asked if we needed towels or anything else, and they even prepared food for us to take with us when we had to leave early by train and miss breakfast. They helped us order taxis and recommended great restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel!"

"I want to say a huge thank you for the wonderful time spent at The Art Hotel. I had already visited Tashkent before and stayed at the famous first hostel in Uzbekistan, the Art Hostel, but unfortunately (which is expected) there were no places, and they said that in May they opened their branch near the hostel, The Art Hotel. I didn't regret staying at the hotel at all, the same team, the same service, the same human attention, the same solution to all issues, the same feeling that they were waiting only for you. And of course, the opportunity to also use the entire infrastructure of the hostel (swimming pool, recreation area) to communicate with guests from different countries. Many thanks and prosperity to your wonderful hotel and your professional team."

"The hotel is surrounded by greenery and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere. It is about a 12–15 minute walk to the main road, where you can find supermarkets, fast-food outlets, and various restaurants. The TV Tower is also within walking distance, just over 20 minutes away. All staff members were warm, approachable, and efficient, which greatly enhanced the overall experience."

"Beautiful location and a more friendly owner is hard to find! Shodman ate dinner with us, told us about the area, took us on a fantastic hike and helped organize our trip back to Samarkand. The food was among the better we had in Uzbekistan."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse in the mountains. The family who run it were so kind to us, and cooked us delicious dinners (including catering very well to my vegetarianism). The location is perfect for walks in the mountains and valleys nearby. The accommodation is as to be expected for a mountain guesthouse: cosy but basic."

"We had the best time ever! The family is very kind and fun, we played volleyball with the kids and felt right at home. The rooms are cozy and private. The mountain view is also a plus. The mum cooks all the meals and is an incredible cook. The variety of the meals is remarkable! We definitely recommend it and cant wait to go back! They also took care of every activity we wanted to do. We already miss it!"

"The family were very welcoming. The horse riding they organised was fabulous, one of the highlights of our entire holiday in Uzbekistan. Hiking opportunities straight from the door or just some time chilling in a very relaxed atmosphere . Home cooked rustic food was really nice and plentiful. We were lucky enough to be joined by the family to eat dinner on two of our 3 night stay, the last night was too cold for them to sit out though. Breakfast was great too. The showers in the guest block are very good ( but the right hand one doesn’t drain well)"
"We enjoyed the stay at the guest house. We stayed 2 nights but would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the calm environment. The manager helps to organize trips, which we appreciated. In general Ruslan (the manager) was very friendly and making sure that all our needs are met during the stay. The food was good and the rooms spacious and clean."
