"Everything was perfect. The guy at the reception also spoke Italian and was always very helpful and attentive in making our stay comfortable. Even though breakfast was served until 10:00 and we were over an hour late, he still made sure we were served. Truly very kind."

"The staff were excellent. Spoke very good Russian and English. The breakfast was good (set meal - not buffet). If we asked for extra food, that was not a problem. The room was pleasant, with both underfloor heating and air-conditioning. Furniture was a little basic. Smart TV allows access to Prime Video and Netflix, using your own account."
"The wi-fi kept dropping out. I was given access to a different network, which worked better for the first day, but not the second. TV was on yet another network, so streaming worked well."
"Very pretty boutique hotel, excellent location and good size room with very large bed Staff were very helpful; Assad was very welcoming and supportive, he even went out of his way to help us with some issues we had elsewhere in Uzbekistan! Night staff was also so nice (sorry didn't get his name but he was very nice!)."

"This place was such a lovely stay! A very peaceful and beautiful place in a central location. The staff there were amazing - very attentive, accommodating, and hospitable, and spoke very good English. Our only regret was not waking up earlier to properly enjoy the breakfast before we had to leave for the day. Would definitely recommend and go back."

"The location of the hotel, being in a secluded alley, but close to all major attractions was ideal. The staff were super, especially Asad at the front desk, who was kind and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. Super large bed and very comfortable mattress."

"The hotel is located in the perfect spot, very easy to get to all of the sights. The facilities are really nice, with a beautiful courtyard, nice rooms, and an incredible breakfast. The staff was the best, always super helpful and kind. They arranged my transport and vegetarian options for me. It was truly a pleasure!"
