"Beautiful and spacious accommodation. It was just a stone throw away from the sea. Though not in the beach front, its just a minute walk to there. Food was okay. They really put in an effort to make you feel at home. Every room has its own private patio so it's possible to not even meet other guests."

"10/10! Amazing house, a piece of paradise. Right on the beach, quiet, but not that far from lovely Paje, it was perfect! The sunrise from the bed and the breakfast on the rooftop are forever on my mind. Super convenient for a large group, we had the best family holidays. We didn’t have to do anything, the amazing staff was cooking breakfast and cleaning every day, and they were super responsive if we needed anything. They also cooked for us some amazing seafood barbecues as an extra for dinner, and helped us book drivers for our day trips and activities. We had couple of time the power going off and they have generator for essentials (such as fan, wifi, lights etc.) Hot water and good water pressure, good wifi and even outside near the pool. We will definitely be back"

"Our host, Moussa, is the single most lovely person I've met thus far in Zanzibar. If you're looking for an authentic, non-touristy, excursion, staying at Mama's house is a must. We were greeted with warmth and joy and were made to feel extremely comfortable. The food was great and Moussa even took time out of his day to sit and chat with us. An absolute gem of a place, you won't be disappointed."
