"Great location and a very warm, family-run atmosphere. The hotel is run by a family, and the hosts were friendly, engaging, and welcoming, creating a genuinely cozy environment. They were happy to share useful local information and helped with booking activities such as hot air balloon tours, which felt reliable and well organized. Breakfast was excellent, especially the homemade jams. It was easy to linger over breakfast and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Both the breakfast area and the hotel terrace offer direct views of the hot air balloons, which was a highlight of the stay."

"I was looking for an authentic stay in Capaddocia and this family run hotel, full of antiques and home made breakfast near the fire did not dissapoint. The terrace is mind blowing and it seems more popular among Turkish travelers than tourists. I recommend!"

"Hotel is close to town center though it’s not a very big town, the little terrace for breakfast is sweet and homey, where you can also enjoy the ballon flying around if you get up early enough. Nice breakfast."
"Bathroom facilities is too old, shower head and pipe is splattering water badly, room is a bit gloomy, cave style. If you don’t mind trying something really local, then it’s ok. Also, remember to call the hotel if you arrive very early in the morning or very late at night, they seem to not have night shift, we thought they did, so we didn’t call in advance and when we arrived at about 5am, the hotel was totally dark, after we knocked and waited for a long time, even the man ( obviously on night shift) from the hotel on the other side of the road helped to call, the manager finally came out and asked in a harsh way“do you know what time it is? Why you kick (which we didn’t) the door? ”maybe it’s our bad not calling first, but it was not a very nice welcoming."
"This is a most pleasant place to stay. Centrally located, characterful and with comfortable, clean rooms with all expected facilities. The welcome was warm, and went far beyond merely providing a service: this was Turkish hospitality at its best, where one is treated like a family member. The breakfast was excellent (home-produced or local produce), the dining area sunny and cheerful. Trips and tours can be provided to all parts of Cappadocia, tailored to interest, at competitive rates."

"The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."

"Breakfast is basic but good. I'm aware that it was off season for this location. It was very quiet the days i was there. Sauna and swimmingpool ive used one time and that was good. Room was nice and clean. People at the reception were very helpfull when needed."

"It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located at the very seaside. The beach is clean and has a lot of space. The owner and the guys at reception are very friendly and helping. The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others."
