"Das Hotel liegt verkehrsmäßig sehr günstig nur etwa drei Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Basmane und von der Metro entfernt sowie etwa 10 Minuten von der Straßenbahn. Es ist ein kleines, nettes, sauberes Hotel, das vom Chef persönlich mit viel Liebe geführt wird. Er spricht einigermaßen gut deutsch und kümmert sich um alle Anliegen der Gäste. Ein Frühstück wird nicht angeboten, jedoch wird man gerne mal zum Tee eingeladen. Die Zimmer sind hell und modern eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Bad und WC sind sauber. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche einfache Restaurants und kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte."

"The place is nice, the rooms are nice, the breakfast is good (although you will be served the same food every day and your dietary requirements will be mostly ignored), but in my opinion the quality of the service is way below what you expect for the price you pay. I must say that one young gentleman serving breakfast was exceptionally nice (the others barely speak English and seem to be bored by their job)."

Fridge in the rooms. Bottles of water, kettle, coffee & tea provided. Huge breakfast buffet with loads of choice. Lovely pool but too cold to use yet. Amazing shady garden with comfy tables & chairs for breakfast, lunch or dinner or just drinks and playing games. Comfy sofas in the lobby. Very helpful staff for any questions, organising tours, tips for visiting local areas. All in all a great place to stay and with views of the white travertines. A problem with the shower in one of our rooms was sorted and a new room given quickly. Great recommendation for a thermal pool, hamam and massage - affordable and very good."
