"Pool what was inside and bed was really comfortable, room looked beautiful but not exactly like cave but more like ancient castle type. Breakfest are really good and big choice from what to choose. Beautiful front yard"

"Didn’t like that we took the most expensive room but we found water stains on toilet. Empty Water bottle was thrown where was hole next to swimming pool. 2 Cups were different size. The wiew outside the window was bathrooms and toilets, next to our doors was box with workers stuff and children trolley, what disturbed us when worker was going to take something from that wooden box and people with child was taking their trolley. Didn’t like that swimming pool water warmth inside the room depends of rooms warmth. If you want the water be warm than you need to put +30*C in the room but if you lover the temperature than water will get cold. Room suppose to be hot if you want warm water in pool but it will be unbearable to stay in room when its too hot."

"The pool is a lovely touch, the hotel is so well looked after and so many passers by looking in as it’s so stunning. Staff are so friendly and helpful, you can ask them for any advice and they give great ideas and tips. The cave room is unique! The location is excellent for everything you need cafes restaurants activities. Perfect place. If you hire a car there is parking close by you will only need to walk max 5 mins."

"The AC is a common issue at this hotel, the rooms were quite hot (I expected a cave to be cold!) we got around this by leaving the window open all day as there are metal bars too. However it did mean it was loud in the room at night with live music and diners at the restaurant. The breakfast wasn’t the best but it was fine. It’s smart they open breakfast at 8am gives people time to do their sunrise activities."

"Staying in a cave to start with is unique! The rooms are beautifully styled and comfortable. Location is perfect, walkable to view the balloon landing or the view point, close to the Main Street for restaurants."
