"My stay at the Bern Hotel was a wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by the entire staff. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to great restaurants and lovely markets. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the rooms were modern, clean, and comfortably arranged. What made the experience even more special was the staff’s attitude, especially Mr. Yahya, who was the epitome of cooperation and professionalism, always ready to help with a smile. I would also like to thank the hotel owner for his kindness and genuine care for our comfort, even beyond what is usually expected. "We were in Istanbul on a group tour at the Bern Hotel. It is a great place to stay in Istanbul. The location is very good, convenient for visiting all the interesting places. The hotel has a very good kitchen, where you can eat meals at a budget price. The receptionist – Kauser – is a great host. The hotel staff, Eka, Lia, Ia, Mzia, Sait, showed great attention to us.
