"First impression of entering the hotel via underground car park was not the best. You have to take the lift to even get to the reception area. Once in the room, "a menu" of fines for damaging the furniture, so you immediately notice stains of the sofa."

"The check in staff were so helpful and lovely - arranged a cab for us to the airport at the end of our stay. The bed was so comfortable and all rooms nice and clean. Location was the only thing that let it down slightly for us, it is a little out of the city centre and not too close to a train station. It wasn’t the end of the world though."
