"The location was a little out of town, but close to all the areas where we wanted to visit on our stay. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. He also recommended a nearby restaurant which was an excellent venue for dinner and entertainment. The room was clean, a very comfortable bed with a good sized bathroom. There were a few mosquitoes in the room on arrival, but the owner sprayed the room when we went out and they had all gone by our return a few hours later. Excellent value for money."

"It was overpriced compared to the local hotel prices in Mae Sot. The breakfast was very poor and nothing special. We paid far too much for an older place hotel that doesn't see much business anymore. The older grandparents who run the place really try and are very sweet, but the facilities need some updating and care as well as a proper breakfast for the price."

"Bed was small, uncomfortable and the breakfast was just eggs and toast. lots of insects and ants after a day. Room was never cleaned and the parking is small and minimal. Overall the price is far too high compared to other local hotels."

"เตียง-หมอน-ผ้าห่ม-แอร์ ฟีลเหมือนนอนอยู่บ้าน อาหารเช้าทำสดๆข้าวต้มหมูอร่อยดี กาแฟขนมปังปิ้งตามสะดวก ทำเลเข้าออกง่ายไม่ไกลจากตัวเมือง และเจ้าของเป็นกันเองดีครับ"

"Resort is set in a lovely water garden with gorgeous views of the mountains. It was exceptionally clean throughout probably one of the cleanest places I have stayed on my three month trip so far. Comfy bed and nice bedding. Close to hot springs and Nam Yen cave. Walking distance to the train station and shops."

"Location is good although the Kata Beach is dirty and stinky this year with green weeds and lots of plankton in the water and our child got bitten by a bad jelly fish. Public toilet drains wastwater directly on the cliff and then in the beach and water. 4-6 rows of beds and ambrelas on the beach - it's nt like it used to be. Pictures attached."

"This has been an interesting and a great experience, quite different from the other stays here in Samui. The location is nice, the beach is just outside the caravan (the sea is not really swimmable in the low tide though). The food they offer in the menu was quite delicious. The atmosphere is good too, and in the evening the whole place really transforms, with all the lights, the music and the screen with a projector."
