"The room was ok , one of the old ones where windows were not opening and no fresh air could get in .The stuff was great always with smile .They provide daily water and rent motorbikes.Close to main road means a little noise but not much . Bed mattress not hard .Bathroom a little tricky, they should place the shower at the back and not at middle ."

"I think our AC was set to a particular temperature and wouldn't cool beyond that. It was not too difficult to manage. The place is on the quiter side of the island."

"We loved the location of this family run accommodation - the quiet end of Klong Nin -!beach easily accessed across a pedestrian bridge. Amazing smoothie place right across the road, short walk to new 7/11, many nice restaurants including very tasty and cheap local options road side. The family’s hospitality is worth mentioning - a person touch experienced much more than the standard hotel chains. We loved the new Deluxe room watching monkies and minion lizards every morning from the room while sipping coffee. Nice balcony area and private seated space too for this room which was nice each evening after sunset. After 3 weeks here the lovely Mr Bu cooked us a private bbq on our last night - next level heart felt hospitality! Clearly the whole family put their heart into developing and maintaining this wonderful place for Klong Nin. Thank you sincerely. We hope to return next year !"

"The very brave local monkies might not be everyone’s cup of tea … but we enjoyed watching them in their domain. The back of the property borders the jungle so you can expect nature on your doorstep!!"

"We had a gorgeous stay here. The room was well equipped, spacious and clean. The little patio at the front was great, we were at the end of the row so didn’t hear much of the road. There’s only 8 or so rooms and feels very peaceful. The beach is right across the road, a nice restaurant next store and there’s an atm and 7-eleven nearby. The owners don’t speak much English but the woman who sits at the tour company does and is very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!"

"It wasn’t necessarily a negative but we didn’t realise you had to ask for room to be cleaned and bins emptied - it’s nice to have this frequently given you can’t flush paper down the toilet."

"A hotel beyond our expectations!! We arrived very tired due to a serious health issue the day before, and our vacation plans had changed. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we didn't have the smiles and energy we had hoped for. Despite this, the entire team was incredibly kind and attentive. They provided us with calm, comfort, and serenity. Everything was perfect: the cleanliness, the services, the assistance, and above all, their kindness. It's difficult to express our gratitude fully due to the language barrier, so we're doing it in writing: A huge thank you to the entire team. We will definitely return and book again without hesitation."

"Brand new, spick and span bungalow in garden setting. Short stroll across the road to lovely big, long beach and a string of bars/restaurants. Mini mart across the road and 7/11 10 min walk away past scary mua thai training gym. Wow they kick hard! It hurt just watching! Absolutely lovely owners who couldn't do enough to make your stay pleasant. Have plans to gradually expand with area for pool set aside. A small family business with future dreams."

"Brand new so had plumbing teething problem. Lack of hot water fixed while I was at the beach ie straight away, though still low pressure. In hot weather not a big problem. Safety deposit box hadn't been fitted yet."

"The hosts were incredibly nice and made me feel very at home and safe as a solo traveling woman. The bungalow was super clean and had pretty much everything you need, including a nice view to the garden and forest. The location is perfect if youre looking for a more quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I'd definitely stay here again!"

"The mattress was a little hard for my taste and there could have been a chair or maybe a few more options to hang towels and clothes. Other than that, everything was perfect."
