"The hotel closes after 10pm and there's quiet hours until 6am but it's understandable, it's a working class neighborhood close to the National University and other Schools and a couple blocks from several shopping malls too."

"Great hotel! Everything is clean and the ladies running the place are all very nice! Free water & breakfast are also nice to have. Even though you share a bathroom with others it was never occupied. Single room is quite small but it has everything you need."
