"Good location, right next to a bus station and within walking distance to a Lidl. Good breakfast. Helpful intervention from the staff when we asked for a heating alternative."

"The check-in was a disaster. I had to pay with my creditcard and the bill that I paid was to be delivered to me at check-out. At the check-out, I pointed out that there must have been a mistake, since I had already paid with booking.com, whick I could prove there and then. The obvious service was to refund the payment that I had done at the check-in. However they could not find it. I had the receipt from the credit-card machine, luckily, to prove it. They asked me to give them until the next work-day to resolve it and someone would give me a call. Fine. I put my trust in them. Finally they explained that the extra payment was found on another room-bill and had been refunded to me. So... No harm done in the end for me. I only hope that they do some extra training for the staff on how to handle their check-in system, so that this does not happen again."
