"Really convenient and handy location, spacious flat, nice pool, beaches not too far. Bus is there but best with a car. Team are great and super helpful!"

"Friendly staff, well equipped (pool, etc.), kindly accepted early check-in."
"Not the best area of Victoria. In the evening, some bad smell coming from local activities or harbour ?"
"The Apartments were clean and spacious. Merlyn was always on hand for any questions we had and kept the apartment clean every other day. The location was OK easy enough to get around the island. The swimming pool was a good size and cleaned every day. Very quiet and relaxing place to stay, small. Store just outside the front gate Amazing place to stay."

"We had absolutely amazing stay at Phoenix apartments. The room was very modern and spacious, the only one with efficient and well working AC we found in Seychelles. The view was fantastic and the best was the swimming pool. We came to this apartment after 3 weeks of active holiday in Seychelles to just stay and chill by the pool. And it was the best decision."
"Unless you have a car, the location is not the most convenient because you have to walk everywhere and there are only roads around. Supermarkets are near."
"The whole experience was superb and families were great."
"There was rain from start which hampered the first day"
"Great hosts and staff. Location is perfect, quiet and there is a bus stop right in front with 2 supermarkets around the corner."

"Location on the road made it easy to find, wasn't too noisy either. Aircon in the room was amazing. Very very clean. Universal plugs were a great touch Staff were amazing and very helpful"
"Only mirror is in the bathroom so I couldn't see my whole outfit. My bathroom door didn't close which meant any guests would have seen me doing any type of business. It would be nice to have a tv in the room as that's where the aircon is"
"Great place in Victoria, comfortable with all necessary amenities. The staff was very friendly and professional."
