"I recommend this place. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. The owner is exceptionally kind, polite, and helpful, ensuring our stay went smoothly with his assistance. The only thing to consider is that the apartment faces a busy road, which could be an issue if you are very sensitive to noice. However, the owner has thoughtfully provided earplugs in the apartment - a considerate gesture that shows attention to guests' comfort."

"It is a spacious, modern and quite luxurious studio apartment with a well equipped kitchen, a very comfortable bed and many other stylish and practical pieces of furniture. The owner Dorin is very friendly and helpful. The rental price is very affordable and really good value for money. I will definitely try to stay there again whenever I go back to Cluj."
"I experienced the WiFi connection in room #2 where I stayed as weak, with frequent interruptions. Its router is in apartment #1 which is very close to #2 but both apartments have thick doors that let the WiFi signal hardly go through. Therefore I connected to the WiFi by leaving the door of apartment #2 wide open and sitting just in front of it. Installing a WiFi repeater in the corridor would probably solve this problem which is the only reason why I am giving only a 9-star review instead of 10."

"Unfortunately the location of the property is quite bad as it is located on a busy street. The building shakes when trucks pass, and they always pass, including at night. Not having air conditioning, in the summer it is necessary to leave the window open for ventilation, thus all the noise outside prevents a restful sleep."
