"Everything was okay Alhamdulilah and it’s highly recommended"

"Great staff were very responsive to our needs. The location was excellent, close to a shopping centre and metro station. The rooms wer comfortable and well maintained."

"The Iron in the room was leaking water but all of the other devices worked well. Quite a lot of ongoing construction near the hotel."

"Close and convenient to a lot of places with easy pick up and drop off! A big apartment that was clean and spacious and felt very homely whilst we were there"

"Aucun."

"Good location near for most of the attraction sites."

"The car parking in the front of the hotel. Some time not enough for hotel guests. They were not allowed to use parking in the basement when I asked they said the basement for a long stay. Also, I don't like the main entrance for the night club next to reception and besid evaluators."

"The location was excellent, few minutes walk to city center mall. The apartment was very spacious and clean, also the staff were very helpful during our stay especially miss Gieson."

"The rooms were big. Everything was clean. We had the 2 bedroom deluxe. It had a large living room with a dining area, a kitchen with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, a stove with an oven, a coffeemaker and kettle. There were adequate plates, glasses and cutlery as well. There was a storage area off the kitchen with cabinets for extra storage. There was a washing machine with an in-built dryer. Each bedroom had an en-suite bathroom and large wardrobes. My friends and I loved everything. We used the pool and we enjoyed that as well. The staff at the front desk always had smiles and met all our needs. There was a perky lady who always had a smile at the front desk. She gave us all the information we needed regarding the use of the metro, taxis, etc. The location is quite good as everywhere we needed to go was easily accessible by metro, taxi or Uber. I will definitely book them for a trip with my family."

"Absolutely nothing."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Sommerset. Room had a modern environment being comfortable and providing all the necessary equipment for you to do all your activities. Swimming pool is very friendly (it has a ladies’ hour from 2pm to 4pm) is reasonably deep and benefits from the sunlight. Staff is kind, available to help you and everything in our experience was extremely efficient."

"As the restaurant is also a club that doesn't allow ladies with local attire to enter. Taking in consideration the people we saw in the hotel this could be a point to improve."

"Great location All the staff were super attentive to my family and my guests. Great apartment, with everything we needed, thanks for the complementary coffee Cleanliness. and comfort in general. We will comeback for sure."

"Nothing displeased us."

"24*7 Restaurant available on the ground floor with bar. Beautiful view from rooms, nice and friendly staff. All amenities available in the kitchen. TV available on all rooms. Safe in one room. Car Parking available. Near to the beaches and city centre mall, metro station etc. Wifi, water dispenser provided."

"4*7 Restaurant available on the ground floor. You have to visit the restaurant and scan the code for menu. Hotel should keep the menu code on each room. The menu is mainly western and local. No options for vegetarians and few choice for subcontinent tourists."

"Accessibility and lovely staff, they even got a cake for my mom birthday"
