Na raspolaganju su sobe sa zidovima od prirodnog kamena i stilskim drvenim nameštajem. Svaka soba je uređena u svetlim bojama i ima ventilator i sopstveno kupatilo. Pojedine sobe nude balkon, pogled na grad ili kosi plafon. Gostima je na raspolaganju kontinentalni doručak, a dostupan je i snek bar. Brojni restorani i barovi se nalaze na 10 minuta hoda od objekta. Osoblje recepcije, koja radi non-stop, može da pruži turističke informacije i organizuje uslugu masaže, a na raspolaganju su i usluge iznajmljivanja automobila i bicikala. Gradska pijaca Boljao (Bolhao) je udaljena 600 metara od objekta, a do vrtova Kristalne palate (Palácio de Cristal) se stiže za 15 minuta, putem koji vodi pored Univerziteta u Portu. Stanica metroa Aliados i Železnička stanica Sao Bento, odakle se direktno stiže u ostale delove grada, se nalaze na po 5 minuta hoda od smeštaja. Aerodrom Francisko Sa Karneiro je udaljen 20 minuta vožnje od objekta OportoHouse.

"The location was excellent 5 min.walk from Sao Bento train station and 2 min walk for the Clerigos Tower.. The room was large with access to the garden (room A)..the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water..only downside was that the shower needs to be attached more securely..Access to the property was by code but iit was very easy to use ..Staff were excellent"
"Nothing much.. past reviews say that noise can be heard at night due to the location ( a couple of strip clubs near by ) but i can honestly say we didnt hear a thing . A lick of paint to the front door wouldnt go a miss."

The breakfast wasn’t sufficient with some pieces of bread, literally one slice of salami and one slice of cheese, although you get excellent coffe, natural juice and a slice of melon."
