"Older building and facility with lots of character located in the heart of the action of Old San Juan which for some may not be great but we loved it. Little balcony overlooking the activity. Great stay amongst all the night life"

"Ótima localização, acesso a todo Old San Juan a pé. Muitos restaurantes, bares e mercados próximos, além de locais de interesse turístico. o local é simples mas suficiente para uma estadia curta. Não tem portaria, sendo tudo feito à distância, com senha para acesso."

"Alojamiento en pleno centro del viejo San Juan, justo frente a la factoría a la calle San Sebastián. Es un lugar perfecto para alojarte si vas a salir de fiesta aunque precisamente por eso por la noche se escucha bastante el ruido de la calle. La habitación estaba muy bien. Éramos 4 y abajo había un sofá cama junto al baño y a la nevera y arriba una cama matrimonial. Todo estaba muy limpio y el baño era precioso. Los jabones que nos dejaron olían fenomenal!!!!."
"El ruido que se escuchaba por la noche en la habitación. Era casi como si estuvieras en la calle pero eso no es culpa del alojamiento, es normal debido a la ubicación junto a los bares de fiesta del viejo San Juan."
"The location was amazing. Communication with the host was top-tier. The location was located in the heart of San Juan. We enjoyed being right in the middle of everything if you’re looking for a quiet place. You may wanna look elsewhere the noise didn’t bother us at all. We enjoyed the nightlife and when we came up, it felt so good to hear the island so alive. We will definitely be staying here again and recommending it to our friends and family."
