"We lived the location, it is very close to a few wonderful beaches with calm, warm water. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. You have groceries, coffee shops, and fast food restaurants. The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had warm water with no interruptions and if you want you can cook anything you need in the kitchen. We haven't had a chance to try the pool, but is it available. Also, a wonderful view from the apartment."

"Big apartment with security in the entrance and parking place. The apartment has everything that you need. The view from the balcony in the 17th floor is amazing. The host is very friendly and helpful."

"The owner Alvi is extremely responsive and very accommodating. The view from the condo is incredible and the unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The condo is in an area with many restaurants and a grocery store. It is not a far drive to San Juan and other attractions."

"The condo is charming, cozy, convenient, spacious, and in a great location. The front desk personnel is friendly and helpful. You get to wake up and go to sleep with the sound of the ocean. The amenities are there for your convenience (pots/pans, shampoo/conditioner, television). It is centrally located within walking distance of the grocery store, Walgreens, a bank, and the famous kiosks! You are centrally located to El Yunque Forest, and only 20-25 mins from Fejardo PR where there is plenty of snorkeling! We didn't speak to Alvy while there as everything was self explanatory but she makes it clear that if you need her, she is there! This is a great condo and we will def be back."
"Minor things that if we were to reach out to Alvy, I'm sure she could have accommodated us. Like, we did not have enough fresh washcloths, and it could have been cleaned a little better. There isn't a washer or dryer on premises, but there is one close by!"
