"This is a very basic hotel. There are a few amenities like a small kitchen area (in the hotel, not the room) but don't expect anything fancy. That said, the staff were very pleasant and helpful, the rooms were clean and it felt secure. The location is excellent for both access to the beach (good surfing one beach over) and the airport. Old Town is a short cab or Uber away."

"Depending on the room and the night, it may be noisy. We changed rooms after the first night -- the first room was quiet, the second one less so. Still fine for the price."

"Very time we come to Puerto Rico, this is where we stay a few days. The beach is right behind the hotel. So many restaurants to choose from. The bus to San Juan is near the hotel, so you don't have to drive there."

"The location is very close to the airport so the taxi cost is low. It is a short walk down a path to a beautiful beach. We were greeted by name upon arrival and walked to our rooms. BBI is a small hotel, with only 12 rooms, so we definitely got fantastic attention. If we needed any help with restaurants or transportation, the front desk was always quick with assistance. The rooms do not have kitchenettes but there is a community kitchen that is kept very clean. Our room wasn't huge, but we only needed it for sleeping. If we wanted to gather with our family, we used the lounge area. I would definitely stay again!"

"The water was crazy hot in the shower. It definitely warrants a sign to avoid serious burns."
