Located at the foot of the Beskidy Mountains and only 500 metres from the Czech border, and the international route that connects Northern and Southern Europe, Mercure Cieszyn features a beauty centre with massage treatments and a sauna, as well as free Wi-Fi. "Very popular place for meetings. I stayed for a week and one evening was a big party, where you could still here from my room (I lived on a group floor). Another meeting was in the morning, in the breakfast hall there were not enough table for the guests."

"Mały hotelik ( choć nazwa dumna sieci Mercure ) jak na Cieszyn dosyć drogi ale położony w zacisznym miejscu my mieliśmy pecha bo rano była awaria prądu i śniadanie było bez kawy .Jak na jeden nocleg w sam raz."

"Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Zimmer machte einen ordentlichen sauberen Eindruck. Die Möbel waren in Ordnung. Wasserstation auf dem Korridor. Frühstück konnte man im Hotel dazubuchen."

"Das Frühstück war im Preis nicht inbegriffen und musste separat bezahlt werden. Das Frühstück war zwar reichhaltig angelegt, aber nach vier Tagen wurden gewisse Sachen, wie Müsli nicht nachgefüllt oder immer das gleiche Brot aufgetischt. Ebenfalls war das Rührei manchmal nicht durchgekocht. Den Preis pro Person mit ca. 15 Euro war nicht gerechtfertigt. Im Zimmer war die WC Spülung sehr langsam, was wohl mit dem Wasserdruck zu tun hatte. Auch bei der Dusche war fast kein Wasserdruck vorhanden, es ging grad so... Die Programme beim Fernseher waren noch analog und von sehr schlechter Übertragung. ca. 10 Sender, was heute bei einem Hotel nicht sein darf. Keine Internationalen Sender."

"The hotel is located close to the beach (100 m) and the bus–tram terminal, which makes it convenient to reach the city center by public transport for sightseeing, as well as to travel easily to Sopot and Gdynia. Very friendly staff at the reception. The hotel breakfasts were tasty, the room was clean, and the spa area (pool, saunas, gym) was also available. The hotel restaurant Winestone serves very tasty dishes."

"Good location near tram and bus stops. Lots of restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. Exceptionally plentiful and tasty breakfast. Our suite was spacious with a separate bedroom, which is nice if you want to watch TV at night, without disturbing each other. Lots of TV channels, so I could find news in English. Larger bathroom than usual. There is also a mirror in the living room, so you could do your hair and make-up at the same time without waiting for each other in the morning. Fridge, kettle etc. in the room. The whole hotel was very clean and had welcoming staff."

"I liked the location - close to the Vistula River and Wawel. The hotel is beautiful with a cozy interior. The room was very comfortable. I really loved that it had a bathtub. The interior items were very stylish, and I was especially impressed by the real potted plant - very cute. Breakfasts were very good with a big variety. I also used the sauna and liked it a lot, although the relaxation area was a bit noisy because of some humming sound (probably ventilation). The gym is small, but it has dumbbells, kettlebells, and even a foam roller. I also have to mention the selection of very high‑quality toiletries in the hotel - that was a really nice touch."
