"Very cosy hotel in beautiful area above downtown, quiet surroundings (impossible in downtown Szczawnica). Small but comfortable rooms, decent buffet breakfast. No problems with parking. Nice surprise - big swimming pool (15m long, although, as in many hotels, partly too shallow to swim). Very nice and friendly staff, helpful (with one exception, see below). We got some valuable advice about tourist attractions. Highly recommended."
"General: early closing hour of the restaurant in the evening (that's the main disadvantage of Szczawnica as a whole; after 8 am the only working restaurants are, to my knowledge, in the centre of town. Particular: I had some problems with soap dispenser and asked for help. Next morning the dispenser disappeared and for my last two days was not reinstalled despite my request. But that not cross out my positive opinion."

"Never had breakfast at the property. The price is very good though, just 22-25 zl (around $6) The staff was welcoming and nice, and the room was very basic but quite clean."
