"Exceptional kindness and flexibility Staff were incredibly helpful and understanding. They was very flexible with my checkout time, even though it wasn't an option in their system. This was a very kind gesture given the cold weather and lack of open facilitie on a Sunday in Poland."

"Świetnie położenie . Czysto. Bardzo dobre śniadanie-jajecznica z jajek a nie z proszku , wędliny, sery , warzywa, sałatki. Był wybór. Nawet dwa rodzaje smacznego ciasta. Jeśli będę w Gdyni chętnie skorzystam ponownie."

"The hotel is well located, close enough to the centre ( drive 5mins) and far enough away from the city centre buzz. The surroundings are pleasant, Malta Lake footpath along, easy for walking, jogging, or even a mini beach for bathing and swimming in the Summer. Staff is extremely friendly, I would like to especially thank Mrs Ewa for her nice gesture with coffee, and her effort to make it exclusively for me using the coffee machine downstairs (as it is a proper espresso machine) - coffee was delicious. Rooms are clean and spacious. Lovely stay."

"Clean room with nice breakfast and games for the kids. Easy to travel on public transport to the centre as it is right by a tram stop. It is a great location for the waterpark which is just behind it and they give you a discount. We loved the waterpark and sauna. It also has a lovely park next to it, which i enjoyed walking in the snow."
