"Nilas kindly offered to pick me up from the airport, and I was met efficiently. Check in was swift and friendly, and the room very comfortable. I ate in the hotel restaurant, and enjoyed the fettuccini."

"Everything was perfect. Everybody have been accomodating and lovely. The best part of the whole service was the driver who picked us up from the hotel, he was so lovely and friendly. He scorted us from the airport arrival to our hotel room, many many thanks to him, he should get a pay rise for doing a great job. Was a brilliant stay in Tarapoto. Thank you A++++"

"Excelente Hotel, está ubicado a media cuadra de la plaza de armas, tuvimos recibimiento refrescante que no lo esperábamos por lo que estuvo genial. Sus instalaciones son nuevas, las habitaciones lindas con aire acondicionado, friobar, televisores, buen flujo de agua caliente/fría. El personal muy amable y servicial, para el desayuno ofrecieron 3 opciones de menú para elegir los cuales estaban incluidos en la tarifa. Tiene ascensor. En la noche tuvimos un compartir y nos facilitaron cubiertos, platos, vasos, etc. Hicimos uso al máximo de la piscina. Nuestro viaje fue familiar definitivamente volveremos. El hotel es como las fotos publicadas. 100% recomendado, superó nuestras expectativas."
"Todo nos gustó. Algo si que podría mejorar para la zona de piscina al frente del área donde cae el agua para aseo previo a ingresar en la piscina (podrían colocar algún cobertor para dejar a resguardo los útiles de limpieza). Es solo una sugerencia. Todo estuvo genial."
