"Some equipment in kitchen was not working properly, for instance toaster and we could not read anymore the instructions on the oven. But i am sure Tatiana will fix this."
"Hostess Tatiana met me at the gate and escorted me to the condo unit. She showed me around the property as to where the pools are on 3rd and ground floors as well as the Lounge and Restaurant area. She also shared where the local grocery stores and a local watering hole for ExPats were located. She is a very knowledgeable and professional host."

"The Royal Palm is a condominium building right on the beach managed for the owners by an administrator. Check-in was super easy through texts and phone calls on WhatsApp and then the administrator met us in person to show us the place and give us the keys. There are four outdoor swimming pools on two different levels of the building, two are shallow wading pools and the other two are deep enough and long enough to swim laps in. There is a weight room and a sauna on site and good security."
