"A beautiful setting amongst palm trees and a very short walk to the Fort and Old Town. We enjoyed a very comfortable couple of nights here. Breakfast offered for 3R per person included freshly cooked omelette, fruit, yoghurt, bread, cereal - eaten outside under the palms. No kettle in our room (there was a fridge) but there was a kettle at reception where you could make drinks to take to your room."

"Parking was on the road outside the accommodation - be prepared for very narrow roads when driving there, especially if you've hired a larger vehicle!!!"

"A very beautiful boutique hotel. The garden is gorgeous and the location in the old city with a walking distance to the souq, cafes and restaurants."

"I'd recommend to renew the nets on the windows, it's old an has some holes and that's why the mosquitoes can easily be in the room."

"The strong point of this property is its central location: with a 5-minute walk you can reach the center of Nizwa, yet there are no problems finding parking for the car. The room and bathroom are clean and spacious. It is far from major roads, so it is also quiet. We were not given the room we had booked through Booking, but it was actually larger, so I wouldn’t consider it a downside."
