"This stay far exceeded my expectations and was nothing short of perfect. Staff: warm, patient, and highly responsive on WhatsApp—helping with everything from parking to the opening hours of nearby street vendors. We stayed during Ramadan and weren’t affected at all. Room: set within a historic cleric’s residence in Nizwa’s Old City, steeped in history. Sights: just a five‑minute stroll to the Fort, with a wonderfully lively night market."

"It was a lovely traditional home/hotel. The staff was lovely and had great communication for our arrival and during our stay to help us. They even taught us about the house and showed us the history of it. The room are a good size - we had one much smaller than the other (the photos on Booking are accurate. Double check which room you want). Very nice village with an overall lovely stay here. We would come again."
