Three Rivers Lodge is located off the southern banks of Lake Tekapo, in the shadow of New Zealand’s picturesque Southern Alps. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Guest rooms at the Three Rivers Lodge offer comfortable beds and private bathrooms. Rooms are modern with heated floors and satellite TVs. Guests can enjoy many outdoor activities in the surrounding countryside, including mountain biking, horseback riding and soaking in the Alpine Springs Hot Pools. Three Rivers Lodge is less than a 30-minute drive from many popular ski slopes, including Mt. Dobson and Roundhill.

"Firstly, I was upgraded absolutely free of charge to a room with a stunning view. Andy was so lovely and took time out of his day to recommend some places to visit and how much they would cost. The accommodation has excellent views of the Lake and is only a 2 minute drive from the restaurant. The room itself has amazing bathroom facilities and amenities (fridge, microwave ect) and a little table and chairs where you can eat food with a view. If you are like me - don't worry about parking."

"After a busy day of driving from Hokitika, we decided to split our drive to Kaikoura by staying at this hotel for one evening. Upon check-in the young woman clearly explained the restaurant hours, breakfast plan and how to use the outdoor jacuzzi which we definitely utilized for star-gazing later that evening. Since the hotel is literally in the middle of mountains and valleys and rivers, the views from the hotel/restaurant/villa were fantastic. We spent a few hours star-gazing the Milky Way which is our passion and one of the objectives for staying here for the evening. Given the hotel's location, the restaurant menu was quite limited which is a shame but understood given its remoteness. Lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for those considering....."
