"Relaxing, remote, everything you need. Bed was very comfortable and hut was cosy with the heat pump. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. Would 100% stay again."

"Fallow Hut was located in lovely tranquil and scenic position. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck with a wine and enjoying the tranquility. We also had a lovely walk through a part of the farm to the airstrip. The Hut was well equipped and comfortable. The chocolate cake was delicious! Thankyou to Binds and Tim."

"Location was perfect. I am not keen on gravel roads, but I managed it okay as it was only a short distance. The view was amazing. When I went into the open plan living room, a beautiful bouquet of roses and a chocolate cake was waiting for me. The cake was soft and Delish. Perfect Welcome."

"Nice to be staying out in the countryside with sheep grazing in the paddock. Well set up and comfortable Hut. Great communication from host made check in easy. We enjoyed a cuppa and chocolate cake as soon as we arrived. Nice and restful Thank you."

"If you are looking for an exceptional place to stay on the Coromandel peninsula, this is it. The Lodge is quite large with everything you could need: kitchenette, couch and TV, comfy bed, large bathroom (tub + huge shower), terrace and the a spectacular view of Whitianga! As you would expect, it was very quiet, and the layout is such that, that you can enjoy total privacy. Carol and Warren were very welcoming and we had a nice chat every morning with Warren as he brought us a lovely breakfast. The road up the lodge is fairly steep but it wasn't an issue at all, so if you have a decent car I wouldn't worry about it. While in our particular case, we didn't have the best weather throughout the stay, we appreciated that the lodge is furnished so as to feel like home, which made for a cozy day in. I could tell that there was a lot of thought put into the furnishing and decorating of the lodge!"

"Murray’s on Mary was an excellent choice of stay for us . It had all the home comforts you could wish for with bests that were so comfortable you didn’t want to get up .. Showers are often hit & miss when away from home but this one was a hit all the way . We loved Ziggy & the 1950’s coffee table was a delight ."
