"Quiet and peaceful, friendly host on brief acquaintance, good facilities. Very handy to Rosebank, walking track. We enjoyed sitting outside on the comfy chairs under the awning and it was warm enough to eat outside."

"There was no breakfast. The location would have been good if I had a car, but walking from the bus was not so easy. I was very impressed that the lady from Four Square gave me a ride to the property. ."

"I was disappointed not to meet my hosts. I was there 2 nights and never saw them. They left everything ready for me but then must have gone away. I felt quite lonely and vulnerable because I could not make the door lock from the outside when I went out. I would have liked help about where to catch the bus and thought my hosts would have known things like that. It was the most disappointing stay of my ten day South Island holiday"

"The location is just a couple of minutes from the main highway, so it is very convenient for road trippers. The room is comfortable, and the hostess is super friendly. It is a separate building to the main house, so you have plenty of privacy. It is at the end of a shared drive, so there is no through traffic. It was quiet and comfortable."

"Very clean, modern and comfortable little unit. Pleasant welcome, close to town but quiet. Heat pump and flat screen tv in a nicely fitted out unit. Hot shower with great water pressure. Bonus to be able to park my motorcycle under the cover in front of the unit."
