"Spotlessly clean room, friendly and helpful staff with a good breakfast and dinner. Enjoyed the hot sauna. The swimming pool is a decent size (long enough for short lengths) and a little cool in temperature but it was fine. Everywhere was clean and tidy."
"Not a big deal, but my bathroom looked a bit tired. A couple of small chips in bath enamel and the bowl of the toilet was badly stained (but perfectly clean). The room was a little cool in temperature."

Also the sauna is not very warm because it has a huge gap under the door I think. The restaurant is on the fancy/expensive side but the city has a few other options.
