"Great location for exploring Amsterdam , very helpful staff, like a little oasis with its courtyard gardens, felt very safe wandering around from there on my own at times. Stayed an extra 4 days so got upgrade to a suite, so nice and bright roomy. Loved the artwork and kwirky additions to the historical buildings. Staff were all very helpful and friendly 😊"

"Breakfast was fine. twin room was small and dressing robes need replaced as the ones we had in our room were so washed out. We had a room right beside reception and overlooking the canal so it wasnt private and we cud hear passers by. Otherwise hotel is beautiful and the staff very accommodating. Would definitely return but just request a better room."
