"The staff are so friendly and awesome, I had issues with my Visa application and needed details from Turtle Cove - which she supplied PROMPTLY and were accepted. Also we arrived durin gthe horrible floods and Nlia helped connect us with Ernesto at Amigos Tours and Shuttles who were also just awesome in assisting us with all our internal transport needs. PLUS there is a Yoga room with one of the best Yoga teachers I have experienced 3 days a week lus we had extra private sessions. The room was lovely, the spacious lounge-dining area very welcoming. The kitchen had everything we needed. we did not use the pool."

"Beautiful view down to the beach. Nice ‘vibe’ with lots of friendly guests. Grant the manager is a treasure trove of wild and wonderful stories about Africa, and full of great recommendations for someone coming from elsewhere. Luis and José are super friendly and helpful. Particular thanks for Luis for helping me out when I hurt my leg! Spent more of my time inside the lodge than I would have done due to accident on the boat, so ended up eating most of the menu here, which is all great."

"You have to waste a lot of water to get a warm shower, as it takes a long time for the hot water to get through. Though it worked out for me with a cool shower after a warm day."
