"Beautiful location, beautiful chalet with everything one can need. Lovely and friendly staff."
"Forest 8 main bedroom roof leaked was attended to upon the last 2 out of 9 night stay. The food selection at the restaurant is limited for a long stay. Would have appreciated the beach bungalows to be set up earlier. We had the opportunity to utilise the last day of our stay. Tuck shop is a must!!"

"Improvements could be made on the direct link between the sea and the table. So far this is inexistent. E.g. no fresh fish!!! The menu is fixed , and lacks Mozambican gastronomy...a reflection (or guest influence?) of the high share of south African tourism. If you stay one night this is not an issue. 3/4/5/... "what an amazing stay!! first things first: all the money we paid for the accomodation goes directly in a social organisation. this on e has a huge impact in the area, amazing!! further our time at humbi was just perfect. Alexia and her team are absolutely amazing! it is the perfect place to relax. The food was also absolutely delicious, all fresh from their garden. Can‘t wait to go back! ❤️"

"The staff, especially the manager Johnny, were outstanding and always ready to help/assist. Even the amicable owner was reachable and would ensure that guests were well taken care of. We also loved having breakfast while admiring the waves and morning sun. Walking on the beach everyday was a must and the sound of waves was very soothing. Although quite basic, Giraffe is a great place to just chill. Hotel also has a speed-boat and can organize the trip to Bazaruto and other islands."

"Dominique the landlord is super kind and accomplished, the room is clean and large. There is a comfortable king bed, kitchenette area with a mini fridge and kettle, a couch, and an attached bathroom! There is an upstairs terrace with a beautiful view, sun beds, a bench, and seating with tables."
