"The building has quite a serious issue with damp. The kitchen had water dripping through the roof when we stayed and some of the kitchen cupboards are mouldy with an unpleasant smell. It would have been nice if this was addressed with us at some point. I did message them to let them know and didn't receive an acknowledgment. For this reason we felt it was a bit overpriced."

"The house is really big and spacious, very comfortable and very well equipped. During 5 days we were able to find free good parking very close and without any problems. Very close, only 1 min, is a small beach for swimming with clean sea. The location is good for visiting other towns, beaches and the island of Gozo. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Communication with the owner was good. The house is architecturally truly authentic with lots of antique details, furniture, etc. Therefore, if you are not a fan of antiques, you may not appreciate all the antique details, because they will seem old and unmaintained."

"It was a mold on the walls and in the shower. The smell of damp in the entire apartment. Open doors with the keys was difficult. Visible cobwebs thru the whole apartament. Old wooden Leaky windows in the night was guite cold. Low pressure of water in the sinks and toilet(repaired by owner during our visit). Noise in the pipes when running water. All these things made children especially feel uncomfortable."

"The authenticity of the property. It contained everything we needed to be comfortable. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. We only had breakfast at the property, but noticed that the kitchen was well stocked. Also has a washing machine. Location is very quiet, especially at nighttime. We enjoyed listening to the children playing during their break time in the primary school opposite."

"Beautifully designed and very stylish home, with a small garden, balcony and a rooftop terrace. Two bathrooms, of which one has a bathtub. We have used the kitchen to cook in a lot, had all we needed (also the basics such as pepper, salt, herbs, olive oil etc were already there). We ran into a small issue with one of the heaters, they came by the same day to fix it which was great. Lovely host that truly cares, they also left a nice handwritten note and some welcome surprises. We loved the fact it was so close to a long promenade so you could do walks along the beach. Calm village with some nice restaurants, and grocery stores within walking distance."

"We were there in February, takes a little while for the home to heat up (but once it was warm, it was good). It's next to a school, so depending on the day you'll hear children playing outside (which we did not mind at all)."

"Die Bilder auf der Booking.com und der erste Eindruck beim Eintreten ins Haus. Küchengeräte funktionieren gut. Bettbezug war sauber."

"Beim zweiten Blick sieht man alle Abweichungen und das was auf den Bildern nicht sichtbar war. Die Türschließer beider Bäder waren defekt. Die Decke des Esszimmers war verschimmelt (angeblich gab’s einen Wasserschaden), in der Küche war ein Schrank defekt und innen verschimmelt. Die Schranktüren hingegen teilweise lose. Klospülung im EG ist zu schwach (Kinder kamen damit nicht zurecht). Sechs Lampen waren defekt (eine wurde auf Anfrage getauscht). Die Duschkabine ca. 65x65cm, die Silikonfugen teilweise verschimmelt. Die kleine Terrasse glich eher einem nicht überdachten Abstellraum. Beide Schlafsofas haben keine gute Schlaffläche nach dem Aufklappen (gestreckter Winkel). Nach einer höflichen Anfrage einer Mietminderung aufgrund mehrerer Defekte blieb eine Antwort des Eigentümers aus."
