"Stunningly beautiful apartment on the waterfront a short walk to downtown Marigot, walking distance to Fort Louis, walking distance to Festival du le Gastronomie events, lots of parking, floor to ceiling windows that slide completely open allowing an amazingly cooling breeze to pass through the apartment, beautiful sunsets from the balcony."

"Our stay was very enjoyable! The apartment was beautifully furnished and very comfortable both inside and on the balcony. The hosts were very responsive and knowledgeable of the Island, and they thoughtfully provided everything we might need for a day at the beach or making a meal in the modern kitchen. The apartment is in an excellent location with a great view of the harbor and a short walk to resturants and bakeries in town. The pool was a nice option. The WiFi signal was strong."

"Die Unterkunft ist phantastisch und hat unsere Wünsche zu 100% was Sauberkeit und Design angeht, erfüllt. Das Appartement ist noch nagelneu und mit allem ausgestattet was man sich nur wünschen kann. Die Lage ist fußläufig zu Restaurants, dem Zentrum von Marigot und der Fähren nach St.Barth und Anguilla. Remy und Yamina, die Vermieter sind das allerbeste was man sich wünschen kann, freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit in allen Dingen und von Herzen bemüht dass keine Wünsche offen bleiben und man sich wie zuhause fühlt. Vielen lieben Dank hierfür nochmals❤️"

"I had the pleasure of staying at Les Paletuviers, its stunning, oceanfront and exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the breathtaking windows and the view of the ocean from the living room and balcony. The rental itself was spacious, open concept, and immaculately clean. The furnishings were comfortable and stylish, the kitchen was fully equipped and a theres a washing machine for your use. The location is great if you prefer a quiet, less touristy feel, plenty of nearby restaurants, shops and theres also an accessible beach within walking distance. Whether lounging on the beach, exploring the area, or enjoying a sunset from the balcony, every moment was pure bliss. The property owners were fantastic—responsive, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed and more for a smooth stay. I highly recommend Les Paletuviers to anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful, tranquil setting."
