"I've booked VisPas a few times for my mother, who frequently travels to Chișinău. She absolutely loves it and refuses to book any other hotel in the city. The team is very helpful and friendly, the rooms are great, and the location is prime."

"Room was tastefully decorated and modern. Good size of room and bathroom, very clean. Bed was comfortable and the room I had was very calm and quiet (as per my request). Housekeeping staff are discrete, you do not hear them cleaning up neighbouring rooms. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good, offering local delicacies and some hot/continental breakfast option. There is also a nice garden terrace. The location of the hotel is great, you can walk to the city center (the Triumphal Arch, Cathedral Park) and Valea Morilor Park (Cascade Stairs) within 20-25 minutes."
"The room can get quite chilly despite 20 degrees celcius outside. So, needed to put on some heating but the heating was not very strong. Conference room in the basement similarly was quite cold. Need to improve heating/insulation system."
