"We had problems with our room and the staff was very helpful, changing the room immediately to a better option. The rating I gave is solely for the helpful staff and the better room we got after 4 days. Second floor room we got after the change had everything you would need, air conditioner, kettle, electric stove, fridge with freezer, comfortable bed and fresh air circulation. The wifi also worked very well considering hotel wifis in general. We worked from our hotel rooms and ate groceries bought in the nr.1 market nearby. After the change our stay was fairly pleasant."
