"Staff haven't learnt the art of customer service. There's a complete lack of friendly service or smiles. It's an odd hotel. The bath robes are an upmarket touch, but the scratchy old towels and flimsy toilet paper your fingers go straight through are the sort of thing you'd expect in a cheap hostel rather than a $90/nt hotel."

"The staff is friendly and polite. They don't speak good English, but they do their best. I communicated very nicely with them as I speak a bit of Russian and two words in Romanian - Moldovan. The location is excellent. Nice bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood."
