"The entire villa is clean, the landlord also stay close in another villa. Kitchen is spacious and has decent utilities. Room was clean. Greenery outside. The host is a nice guy, gave me lift to the town via his car."
"The villa is a bit deep inside the city. To go to the city you need to rely on tuktuks. Easy to go to town but difficult to find transport to return back."
"We wanted to stay somewhere outside the city and got a place that is quiet and peaceful. But still close enough to take a tuktuk to other places and shops. The host was always available and helpful. We had a wonderful 3 weeks and will miss the nature of the place and the comfortable everyday life. We would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for letting us stay and we will definitely come back another time."

"Host is a police officer who is polite, humble and supportive person. His family members are also very supportive. A beautiful place and vast garden. Wildlife freely rooming inside the garden. My wife and kids enjoyed the place very well. Very clean and have lot of facilities for comfort. Garden has lot of medicinal plants and spices. Looking forward to stay in the future too. "We had such a good, memorable time here. Taken very well care of by Manju (the owner), we enjoyed a very comfortable stay in the wild, off the beaten track, with beautiful nature all around us. The food was delicious and filling, vegetarian and vegan diets catered for completely. They lit us a fire one night and we enjoyed dinners by candlelight every night. The beds were super comfy and the large hut that we stayed in was very spacious - good for all bags and clothes. Manju organised our safari day and our trip to a local beach. He was ready to meet our every need and was very kind and friendly with our children too."

"Very large spacious room, surrounded by nature. We even had birds with chicks nesting in our ceiling lampshade which was so cute. Our private pool was clean and the perfect spot to chill out after a long day of animal-spotting on safari. We saw leopards, a sloth bear, elephants, crocs - was brilliant!"

The food was the best we experienced in Sri Lanka by far and having the ability to visit the bigger sister hotel whenever we needed a change of scenery was perfect.
