"The host of Bami hostel made my stay so comfortable and pleasant. She is such a caring woman! The hostel is always clean and tidy, the showers are warm and the beds are comfortable. Without a doubt my favourite place I have stayed in Laos and would come back in a heartbeat! Thankyou so much for having me!"

"Ann is the kindest and most helpful host you will meet. The hostel is cozy and clean. Beds are comfortable with power outlets, reading light, and privacy curtains. Showers are hot with good water pressure. Wifi is fast. Lots of spots to sit and chill. Right in the touristy center of Thakhek. I will be back!"

"Bed was comfortable. Staff were really friendly. Location is close to the river and around 20 min walk to town. Airport was only a 45 min walk! Breakfast was ok but pool was smaller than in picture."

"Loved our stay. Tina and her family were all so lovely. Tina helped us out immediately with a scooter which arrived within 10 mins of asking. We loved the social hub to be able to chat to Tina and other travellers and were able get advice for the next stage of our journey. Tina and her family are all so kind and attentive. We felt so looked after. We ate before our sleeper bus to Vientiane. Tina is an exceptional cook. Highly recommend a stay at Heaven Guesthouse."
